6. Event planning, management, and documentation

We are looking for facilitators and organizers* to help us with:

Multi-stakeholder trainings and workshops
Launches and anniversary events
Meeting transcription, photo & video documentation, and synthesis
Onsite activations and other activities

7. PR/media engagement

We are looking for professionals that can assist us with:

Seeding/placements
Roundtables
Influencer/UGC marketing
Other innovative modes

Range of offerings or packages (Full-service/end-to-end providers are preferred!)
Flexibility on payment terms, inclusions, and timelines (e.g., can provide proofs/print samples before mass production)
Ability to issue official receipts
References or testimonials from past clients, ideally from the conservation and development sector
Demonstrated project management experience and commitment to conservation
