Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Sustainability Reporting projects aligned with GRI Standards, IFRS S1 & S2, and other International frameworks.
  • Conduct the development and implementation of IFRS S1 & S2 disclosures, including governance, strategy, risk management, metrics, and targets.
  • Develop ESG reporting strategies and implementation roadmaps.
  • Conduct ESG data management processes, including data governance, quality assurance, KPI development, and reporting systems.
  • Conduct ESG gap assessments, materiality assessments, and sustainability diagnostics.
  • Manage ESG ratings and support clients in improving ESG performance across major rating agencies.
  • Provide technical advice on climate-related financial disclosures and sustainability regulations.
  • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and executive presentations.
  • Review and ensure the quality of sustainability reports and ESG deliverables.

Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG consulting, sustainability reporting, or corporate sustainability.
  • Strong experience in Sustainability Reporting using GRI Standards.
  • Experience implementing or advising on IFRS S1 & S2 / ISSB Standards is an advantage.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks, including GRI Standards, IFRS S1 & S2 (ISSB), SASB, and TCFD.
  • Exposure to GHG accounting concepts (Scope 1, 2, 3) per the GHG Protocol and/or ISO 14064-1.
  • Understanding of ESG data management, data validation, and sustainability performance indicators.
  • Understanding of climate-related risk and opportunity for the business.
  • Experience conducting ESG gap assessments and ESG maturity assessments.
  • Familiarity with ESG ratings and questionnaires (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics, S&P Global, CDP, and EcoVadis) is an advantage.
  • Experience in climate-related financial disclosures and sustainability governance is highly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data organization, basic formulas/charts) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and report writing skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
