We're Hiring!

Marketing & Design Coordinator in Batam, Indonesia

Are you someone who loves turning ideas into visuals, bringing stories from the field to life, and creating content that drives real impact?

If you’re passionate about protecting our oceans and want to make your creativity part of the solution, this might be your next move.

At Free The Sea, we prevent ocean plastic by building waste systems where they’re needed most, connecting coastal communities to reliable collection and recycling systems.

Now, we’re looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our growing team in Batam!

What You'll Do:

🖌️ Design digital & offline materials, from social media posts and presentations to banners and merchandise.

🎥 Capture on-the-ground stories: film, edit, and coordinate content creation with photo and video teams.

📱 Keep our social channels active and engaging: stories, replies, trend adaptation, and more.

🌍 Bridge communication between the Batam team and the Europe-based marketing team.

📊 Support event marketing and impact reporting.

✔️ Strong eye for design and visual storytelling.

✔️ Confident shooting & editing short videos (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
