Customer Success / Project Management

  • Manage the end-to-end process from closing of sales to successful installation of solar systems, ensuring timely and efficient project execution
  • Responsible for handling after-sales customer enquiries, requests and feedback, and providing prompt and helpful solutions to customers
  • Advocate for customers internally, representing their interests and feedback to relevant teams
  • Collaborate with the sales team to handle general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and chats, scheduling appointments, and processing correspondence across various communication channels
  • Collaborate across functions to maintain, update and optimise backend filing systems, and manage data efficiently
  • Help refine our Customer Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FAQs database

Special Projects

  • Schedule and oversee maintenance activities to ensure our solar plants operate effectively and meets performance guarantees
  • Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance operational process and overall customer experience
  • Manage additional ad-hoc projects as needed to support operations and customer satisfaction
Profile

Your Credentials

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Management or related field
  • 1 - 4 years experience in Customer Success, Partnerships, Business Development or Account Management roles
  • Customer-centric mindset, approach every interaction with empathy and deliver exceptional service
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
  • Strong communicator, fluent in English, confident with phone and email inquiries (written and verbal)
  • Familiar with tools such as Trengo, Slack, Notion, Google Suite, Jira
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and efficient at managing information
  • Problem-solver with a drive to succeed in fast-paced, dynamic environments
