Customer Success / Project Management
- Manage the end-to-end process from closing of sales to successful installation of solar systems, ensuring timely and efficient project execution
- Responsible for handling after-sales customer enquiries, requests and feedback, and providing prompt and helpful solutions to customers
- Advocate for customers internally, representing their interests and feedback to relevant teams
- Collaborate with the sales team to handle general administrative tasks, including managing phone calls and chats, scheduling appointments, and processing correspondence across various communication channels
- Collaborate across functions to maintain, update and optimise backend filing systems, and manage data efficiently
- Help refine our Customer Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FAQs database
Special Projects
- Schedule and oversee maintenance activities to ensure our solar plants operate effectively and meets performance guarantees
- Develop and implement new initiatives to enhance operational process and overall customer experience
- Manage additional ad-hoc projects as needed to support operations and customer satisfaction
