GivingHub is a platform dedicated to making charitable giving more effective for the public and organizations. By providing tools, information, and expertise, the organization helps guide contributions toward the most impactful causes. Building on the experience of its nonprofit arm, NGOhub, GivingHub centers its approach on the principles of effective philanthropy. Its core areas of focus include charitable giving, skill-based volunteering, and strategic philanthropy through grant-giving programs.

Role Description

This is an internship position for a Project Management Intern with GivingHub. The role is hybrid in nature, requiring the intern to work partially from WP. Kuala Lumpur with flexibility to work remotely. The responsibilities include supporting project management activities, assisting with project planning, tracking deliverables, and coordinating between teams. The intern will also take part in creating reports, analyzing project metrics, and assisting in communication processes for program development.

Profile

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills for evaluating project performance and processes
Excellent communication skills for drafting reports and coordinating between teams
Experience or interest in project management and program management
Proficiency in project planning and organizing tasks effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Interest or experience in the nonprofit or charitable sector is a plus
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
