SCOPE OF WORK

The Intern shall undertake the following activities:

Support coordination with CTAF Secretariat in project implementation and communications
Support desk research on the Philippine data center, cloud computing, and AI infrastructure market, including relevant policies (e.g., DOST, DOE, DICT) and industry trends.
Assist in compiling and organizing a longlist of potential pilot companies (data center operators, cloud service providers, AI solution providers, AI-intensive enterprises).
Support desk research on market assessment and policy landscape analysis.
Support formatting, referencing, and proofreading of the project deliverables.
Assist with logistics for site visits and the stakeholder validation workshop in Manila, including venue/travel coordination as needed.
Provide general administrative support to the EAI-DC Project team, including maintaining a project document filing system and updating the stakeholder contact database.

Profile

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate (within the past 12 months) of, a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy/Sustainability, Information Technology, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.
Genuine interest in climate change, clean energy, digital infrastructure, or AI-related sustainability topics.
Strong research, data organization, and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in standard office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with basic data organization tools is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small project team.
Prior internship, coursework, or project experience related to energy, sustainability, or the private sector is an advantage but not required.
