We are looking for an adept Sales Operations Executive with a specific focus on RECs to join our dynamic team. This role entails understanding the nuances of the RECs sales processes and ensuring a seamless operational journey for our clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- End-to-End RECs Sales Process Management: Oversee and continuously refine the complete sales operations process, registration and issuance of RECs, ensuring a seamless interface between internal teams and clients.
- Registry Applications, Documentation Verification of documentation provided by customers for the registration of renewable energy assets and their energy generation data.
- Communicate with customers to resolve issues and address enquiries needed to ensure successful assets onboarding.
- Asset registration and energy generation applications onto Registry platform(s) and liaisons with the Registries personnel.
- Coordinate with Finance team to ensure smooth execution of financial transactions (payment and collections) with our customers.
- Documentation Management and Reporting: ensuring proper documentation in place with change tracking.
- Execution of RECs transfers & retirements between the subaccounts on the Registry platform(s).
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure that new customers are smoothly integrated into our system, with an emphasis on their specific requirements in the realm of RECs.
- Customer Support: Offer dedicated helpdesk support for all REC-related queries, service requests, and configuration changes.
- Performance Reporting: Gather, consolidate, and report data concerning the REC sales lifecycle, aiding in data-driven decision-making processes.
