➔ Description of the mission

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including commercial agreements, service contracts, purchase–lease agreements, investment cooperation contracts, international contracts, and other legal documents.
Provide internal legal consultation to relevant departments on regulations related to business operations, compliance, labor, commerce, data protection, finance, and asset management.
Assess legal risks in transactions, projects, and internal policies; propose solutions to safeguard the company’s interests.
Support legal matters in foreign markets: research local regulations, coordinate with international law firms/partners, and participate in cross-border transactions.
Liaise with government authorities, external legal advisors, and law firms when required.
Develop, update, and standardize internal legal procedures; communicate and train relevant teams on legal policies and compliance requirements.
Participate in handling customer claims, disputes, and contract breaches.
Maintain and manage legal documents and corporate records in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.

➔ Profile

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in corporate legal work or legal practice at a law firm.
Preferred: experience working with foreign markets, international clients, or cross-border transactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Law; professional certificates or international legal training is a plus.
Strong legal reasoning, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with internal teams and external legal partners.
Good command of English (reading, writing, and communicating with international counterparts).
