Job Description

· Preparation of monthly full set management accounts of SPV for management review;

· Conduct monthly SPV meetings to report on the SPV financial performance;

· Monitoring accounts receivables and accounts payables for SPV companies;

· Ensuring the accuracy of data input to the accounting system and compliance with accounting standards;

· Liaison with the auditor and tax agent during the year-end audit;

· Preparation of year-end budget for SPV companies;

· Oversee and review the posting done by the accounts executive/assistant;

· Assist in providing relevant financial information for SPV loan application;

· Preparation of SST submission for SPV companies (if any);

· Any other ad-hoc matters assigned by the superior or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

· Min Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance.

· Min 3 years of working experience in relevant field.

· Able to handle tight timeline

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowing Autocount accounting software, and Microsoft Office tools is an advantage.

· Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, such as MFRS.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
