Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resource Officer at GREENERGY in Bangkok. The Senior HR Officer will be responsible for HR management, developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and creating job descriptions.

Qualifications

HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills
Experience in developing HR policies and job descriptions
Employee Relations expertise
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Certification in HR management is a plus
