SUMMARY
A Marketing Staff will focus on leading the company’s digital presence by strategizing, collaborating, creating, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that effectively communicate the company’s mission and innovation in bioplastics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
- Strategic content direction
- Campaign calendar and coordination
- Content creation
- Partnership and community management
- Reputation building
- Leadership and cross-departmental collaboration
- Performance analytics and optimization
Tactical
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy
- Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand storytelling
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Government Relations departments to align messaging across channels
- Collaborate with external parties such as, but not limited to, agencies, vendors, partners, KOL, communities, NGOs, etc
- Engage actively with followers, customers, and stakeholders
- Create engaging visuals, videos, and written posts
- Generate monthly reports and provide actionable insights to improve strategy
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns for lead generation and awareness
- Foster a creative, collaborative, and data-driven culture within the marketing team
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
· Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Content Marketing is a plus
· >3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, and content strategy
· Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English, any additional language is a plus
REQUIREMENTS
· Historical success in building online communities and executing viral or high-impact campaigns
· Strong expertise in content creation, planning, and scheduling across multiple platforms
· Ability to analyze performance data and optimize content strategy based on insights
· Experience managing paid ads
· Familiar with graphic design tools and basic video editing tools
· Creative and strategic mindset with a passion for storytelling, sustainability, and impact creation
· Excellent communication and copywriting abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
· Able to multitask, prioritize, and work in fast-paced environments
· High attention to detail.
