Position Summary: As a Sales and Marketing Representative for Farm Suite, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our platform. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and supporting the sales process. This position is based in Phnom Penh and traveling to other provinces and countries when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Utilize various marketing channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), to identify and generate potential leads.
- Conduct market research to identify target customer segments and their needs.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Farm Suite.
Sales Support:
- Develop sales presentations and proposals together with the Business Development Director.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the sales team.
Marketing Support:
- Lead the marketing campaigns, including social media content creation and email marketing together with the Digital Marketing Team.
- Update customer databases and maintain accurate sales records.
