About the role

As a Sales Executive at Greenpac (S) Pte Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative packaging solutions and products to our clients. This is a full-time position that will allow you to leverage your consultative selling skills and industry expertise to help our customers find the best products to meet their needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, set budgets, track performance against targets, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded through profitable growth
  • Use a consultative selling approach to develop proposals that meet customers' needs, aligned with Greenpac's range of products and services, including packaging solutions, logistics, and sustainable packaging
  • Evaluate project financials (revenue, margins, profitability) and prepare business cases (pricing and costs)
  • Foster long-term partnerships with customers, proactively manage relationships, and resolve issues expediently to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth
  • Collaborate with operations, procurement, production, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of solutions and services sold to customers
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, adjusting sales strategies to maintain competitiveness and relevance in the marketplace
  • Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts for management, providing insights into performance and future projections
  • Any other duties as assigned

➔ Profile

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the B2B or industrial sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving successful sales outcomes.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle customer objections and close deals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools and technologies.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
