Description of the mission

Monitoring the performance of more than >200 solar power plants daily
Lead continuous improvement activities to improve portfolio performance
Develop monitoring tools to enable various features
Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and suggest corrective actions
Generate periodic performance reports for management and clients
Gathering, analyzing, and presenting results
Co-ordinate first line corrective maintenance activities with teams
Coordinate with clients, contractors and maintenance team for corrective maintenance activities
On call activity required some weekends (subject to extra salary compensation)
