Job Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
Conduct thorough market research and feasibility studies to assess potential deals.
Study and collect information about potential projects to determine viability and alignment with company goals.
Negotiate terms and conditions with potential partners.
Review and analyze agreements to ensure alignment with company goals.
Lead and manage the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and integration.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation related to business development initiatives.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management
Experience in renewable energy project would be an advantage
Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds
Organizational and time-management skills
Negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad
Creativity, problem solving skills, negotiation and systematic thinking
Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score)
Goal-Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible
