Key Responsibilities
Manage and Develop Volunteer Program
Responsible for the realization of HFH’s vision and mission. Responsible for all volunteer program events in line with policies and procedures HFHI. Responsible for volunteer program development in assigned projects area. Ensuring the maintenance of volunteer inventory in affiliate. Responsible for financial management related to volunteer program.
Strategic Plan
Together with Volunteer Global Manager, ensuring that area/site is in line with standards in receiving volunteers; Creating a construction schedule to give to volunteers and update it regularly. Responsible for creating program Budget for volunteer program.
Marketing & Advocacy
Develop marketing for volunteers in related areas. Manage advocacy in area through event exhibition, presentation, etc. Working together with Resource Development, socializing HFH volunteer program to school, university, corporate, businesspeople, and organizations.
Safeguarding
Responsible for safeguarding policies and procedures implemented in the Volunteer area. Ensure that volunteers sign code of conduct.
Requirements
Previous experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit management, or community outreach. Minimum bachelor’s degree in hospitality field, international relations, public relations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage in diverse groups. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable speaking in public and leading volunteer orientations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Presentation. Ability to work some evenings and weekends as needed. Good English communication skills (oral and written).
