Job Description:
Responsible for identifying employee soft skills training and development needs as well as planning, developing, and delivering appropriate soft skills-related training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the learning and development of specific departments assigned to him/her.
- Equip employees with behavioral, knowledge, skills, values, and motivation to carry out work-related tasks.
- Develop individual training programs that meet the skills gap identified through training needs analysis
- Administer, monitor, and keep a record of employees’ performance reviews as a basis for the identification of training needs and interventions
