Description of the mission

Human Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.), is currently the leading brand of natural & organic cosmetics and personal/home care products in the country today. More than being known for our world-class products, we are primarily a social enterprise driven by the core philosophy of Pro-Philippines, Pro-Poor, and Pro-Environment seeking to inspire more businesses to better serve society. The PR Intern plays a vital supporting role in the PR and Marketing team. He/she assists in executing the following tasks to help sustain interest in the brand among media, influencers, communities, and other stakeholders:

Support the team by assisting in all operational support activities with excellence, timeliness and needed agility.
Support in sourcing information about the current media landscape, target audiences, and influencers/ communities/content creators

Represent the brand and company in a genuine and engaging manner.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the team in PR plan execution.
PR Kits - participate in the ideation, co-lead in the sourcing and procurement of PR kit elements, and assembling the PR kits to ensure the best possible quality.
Lead the arrangement of deliveries and coordination with warehouse and in-house messengers.
Regularly update media lists and KOL databases.
Regularly source up-and-coming influencers, UGCs, and communities that fit the set criteria.
Assist in day-to-day coordination with influencers, media, communities, and partnerships.
Support in ensuring real-time PR initiative results through monitoring and reporting of coverage results and posts.
Support the PR team’s activities whether through pitching, preparation of material, coordination, and execution:
Top tier stories
PR “stunts”
Influencer partnerships
Community and UGC partnerships
Ongoing news bureau activities
Media and Influencer events
Monitor and report for crisis management.
Assist in category and digital team’s requirements if needed.

Profile

Qualifications:

Effective in supporting PR or marketing operations; organization; and coordination with agility, timeliness, and initiative.
Good communication skills especially when helping coordinate with external partners (i.e. suppliers) and other stakeholders.
With a hunger to learn emerging trends and technologies for PR and marketing
Has a strong sense of urgency, a high degree of initiative, and the ability to participate in cross-functional teams collaboratively.
Ability to optimize the given budget and effectively negotiate with suppliers and partners for logistics requirements.
