Human Nature (Gandang Kalikasan, Inc.), is currently the leading brand of natural cosmetics and personal/home care products in the country today. Human Nature is looking for a Senior Designer who is able to provide key design directions during conceptualization, develop creative solutions, and ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. Senior Design must create designs that not only are visually pleasing but also help sell our brand and products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of design principles. The Senior Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to produce innovative and impactful designs.

Main Responsibilities:

Conceptualization and execution of design projects, from ideation to final delivery.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and product materials.
Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams to create compelling visuals for digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve deliverables.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the company’s design output.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Design attractive layouts for the brand catalogue that communicate the message clearly and with good advertising in mind
Touch up and clean up product and model images from photoshoots to look seamless and natural on visual collats

Profile

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role.
Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Onsite Printing experience is a plus
Open and receptive to design critique but also able to represent their own work and stand up for design they believe in.
Able to work quickly and efficiently & must take pride in their work and be passionate about design
Willing to be assigned in our head office in Quezon City or in our office in Paseo Center Sta. Rosa Laguna
