Job Responsibilities

As a Graduate Trainee for Khazanah, you will be assigned to functions and projects within the unit and report directly to the relevant team member(s) who will be assigned as your Line Manager.

Your duties, in support of your Line Manager, shall be, inter alia, as follows:

You will undertake an individual project to be completed at the end of 12 months. This is to provide you with the exposure to project management skills and stakeholder engagement.
You will assist and support, as required, the identified division’s initiatives, to provide you with the exposure and experience in teamwork and managing stakeholders.
You will be assigned to tasks and activities where you will assist and support, as required, the overall day to day business operations, to provide you with the exposure to operational experience.

Job Requirements

Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 / WAM score of 70% / Second Class Upper.
Excellent communication and engagement skills.
Strong team players with collaborative skills.
Highly driven with a strong curiosity to learn.
Logical and structured thought process.
Committed to contribute towards nation-building.
Participation with leadership positions in extracurricular activities including university clubs, societies and competitions; and
Work experience through various internships.
