Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Lead at Koltiva. The Cluster Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with various teams, ensuring supply chain traceability, inclusiveness, and sustainability, and providing professional services in agriculture and finance.

Qualifications

Experience in supply chain management and agriculture
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of finance and digital payments
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and coordination
Understanding of sustainability practices in agribusiness
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, or related field
