Job Title: Program Manager, Rubber Sustainability
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project work plans, ensuring alignment with changing needs and requirements.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met within budget.
- Lead and develop project teams, including recruitment, training, and capacity building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including NGOs, government, and private sector partners.
- Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Conduct field visits to assess project implementation and data collection effectiveness.
- Promote and implement KoltiTrace software solutions within the supply chain.
- Provide feedback to the Product Management team to enhance KoltiTrace.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of project management systems and procedures.
