Role Overview
This is not a junior role.
We need someone who can design, validate, and lead. You will oversee system design, mentor engineers, coordinate with sales and project teams, and ensure every system we install performs exactly as modeled.
If you only know how to “draw layouts,” this is not the role.

Key Responsibilities
1. System Design & Engineering
• Lead design of rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV systems
• Perform detailed yield simulations using PVsyst
• Develop single line diagrams and technical drawings
• Optimize DC/AC ratios, string sizing, and inverter configuration
• Evaluate structural loading and coordinate with structural engineers
• Integrate hybrid and battery storage systems when required
2. Technical Oversight
• Review and approve all engineering documentation
• Validate BOQ accuracy and material specifications
• Ensure compliance with EVN and local grid regulations
• Conduct site inspections and commissioning oversight
• Troubleshoot underperformance and technical issues
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
• Support Sales with technical proposals and feasibility studies
• Present technical concepts to C-level clients when required
• Work closely with Procurement on module and inverter selection
• Improve internal engineering SOPs and documentation standards
4. Performance Accountability
• Ensure systems meet projected IRR and energy yield targets
• Reduce design errors and installation rework
• Maintain engineering quality as the company scales
