Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company objectives to penetrate and expand in the Thai education sector.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities within the education technology landscape.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  • Affiliate and KOL Acquisition and Management: Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with affiliates and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to amplify marketing efforts and drive customer acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and service enhancements, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Partnership Growth: Establish partnership with international schools, corporates, KOLs to execute long term revenue sharing scheme.
  • Event marketing: Set up sales booth and attend events to acquire potential sales leads.
  • Assist with other admin tasks as required by the management.
Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and business growth within the education or technology sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market trends and insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience and connections within parents and children-related businesses are highly advantageous
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and driven to exceed expectations with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, effectively managing priorities and adapting to changing business needs.
  • Able to travel for site inspection/standby upon short notice and work on weekend shifts.
