- Build out your own book of business and network with the top professionals in the industry
- Partner with hiring manager(s) in client companies, understand their needs and provide talent solution by recommending suitable candidates to them
- Identify mid to senior level candidates and see them through the entire hiring process
- Be constantly in touch with the latest news in the financial and banking sector, be a market expert that people will come to you for advice
