Keys responsibilities:
Youth and Family Development Programmes
- Plan and execute programmes for youths and families.
- Engage programme stakeholders and partners.
- Lead and facilitate a team of programme volunteers and youth mentors.
- Coordinate inter-agency referrals when required.
- Assist in the curation of programme design, desired outcomes and budget for submission to Grantmakers.
- Conduct programmes evaluation and prepare reports.
- Monitor programmes desired outcome to ensure objectives are met within the planned budget.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
