Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Profile

Main Duties and Responsibilities

The Senior/Manager for Indoor Attractions Events and Multimedia is responsible for coordinating and managing multimedia operations for indoor attractions and events. This role acts as a key liaison among Technical Services, Operations, Events and MICE teams to ensure smooth implementation and high-quality delivery of multimedia experiences.

  • Work closely with Indoor Attractions Operations, Programming, and Technical Services teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of multimedia deliverables. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical requirements across all indoor attractions.
  • Ensure all operations and technical aspects of events and attractions are executed efficiently. Coordinate pricing package reviews for technical and equipment needs. Track and analyze the performance of AVL operations, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Oversee budgeting, including equipment rental, specifications, and manpower utilization. Manage Capex, Opex, and other expenditures to stay within approved budgets.
  • Work with key stakeholders to address AVL requirements for both day-to-day operations and special events. Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear understanding and alignment of technical needs.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital experiences and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Work alongside the Events, Operations and Technical teams to determine the best allocation of equipment and resources for special projects and events.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed and obtain the necessary approvals and licenses for all operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in event management, marketing, tourism planning and communications or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning, programming and proven experience in a similar role with a focus on AVL operations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
  • Ability to assess technical feasibility and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience in the entertainment or events industry and knowledge in AVL systems and technology.
