**Job Scope:**Execution of training plans and strategy in coordination with HODs, external vendors, and internal teams
Setting measurement, KPIs, strategic plans, and action plans thru HR Development areas.
Training & Development system and tools
Learning & Development system and tools
Preparation of training programs
GAP analyst for functional and competencies skills to implement action plan.
Successful talent management planning (succession planning, career path planning, individual development plan)

Qualification required:
All genders are welcome Age: 32-37 years
Reports to Senior HR Manager (Khun Oil - female 40 years old)
Team members: 2 people (1 Senior, 1 Junior)
Need candidates from Global / Multinational Manufacturing companies with specializing in HRD / Training / Learning / Development
English: Communication to Good level
Dynamic, outgoing, flexible, and creative personality
Active and adaptive personality
Open to candidates from various business backgrounds, but preferably someone from a manufacturing environment
Preference for candidates who exhibit an extroverted energy.
Preference candidate who live and can work in Rayong (Nearby company) will be a plus.
