What are you accountable for?

Develop a deep understanding of our existing solar product portfolio, including hardware, software, and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams both internal and external to gather requirements and define product enhancement opportunities.
Lead the design and development of new features and functionalities for our solar products, from concept to production.
Work closely with customers to understand their unique requirements and translate them into technical specifications and product solutions.
Provide technical support to sales and customer success teams during pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product demonstrations, installations, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to integrate third-party components and technologies into our product ecosystem.
Develop and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
Support product certification and compliance activities, ensuring our products meet industry standards and regulations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
