Job Descriptions
1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
2. Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
4. Create visually appealing designs for presentations, proposals, social media, and marketing materials.
5. Develop brand-consistent layouts and visuals to support business strategies.
6. Capture high-quality visual content and manage multimedia projects while maintaining an organized library of creative assets to align with corporate objectives.
7. Edit and enhance raw footage and photos with advanced techniques like color correction and transitions while optimizing content for various platforms and formats.
8. Collaborate with Business Development to turn strategic goals into impactful storytelling, brainstorm ideas to boost brand presence, and stay updated on design, photography, and videography trends to drive innovation.
9. Manage creative projects efficiently, ensuring high-quality delivery, clear stakeholder communication, and timely content planning, creation, and scheduling for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
10. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and consistent posting.
11. Coordinate with creative teams to align visual and written content with the brand's voice and goals.
12. Establish posting timelines for campaigns, events, and regular updates.
13. Monitor and adjust timelines to optimize engagement and platform-specific performance.
14. Track deadlines for content creation, approvals, and publishing, ensure content is accurately published according to the schedule, and monitor social media platforms for real-time engagement, responding as needed.
Job Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Photography, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in creative field or a related role.
3. Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
5. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
6. Ability to think critically, solve problems, adapt, strong attention to detail, and able to meet tight deadlines.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
8. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Lightroom, After Effects, etc).
9. Proven experience in design, photography, videography, and multimedia production.
10. Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity.
