
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and provide end-to-end administrative and financial support to ensure effective and efficient Programme operations
- Monitor, track, and support the utilization of budgets and costing, highlighting variances and supporting reporting where applicable
- Administer and maintain accurate Programme case files, enrolment records, and registries across multiple systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Support the administration and coordination of Means Testing processes in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a key coordination point with colleagues to ensure timely collation, verification, and submission of all Programme-related forms and documentation
- Prepare, manage, and maintain comprehensive Programme documentation, ensuring readiness for audits, reviews, and internal meetings
- Coordinate and liaise with Therapy Teams and locum professionals on intervention-related administrative matters to support seamless service delivery
- Manage follow-ups with parents or caregivers on outstanding fees in a professional, tactful, and timely manner
- Provide operational cross-support within the team, contributing to continuity, knowledge sharing, and process efficiency
- Undertake additional operational or administrative duties as assigned by the Director
