Entrepreneurship in the territories: is it the right time?

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Development
Lead research and environmental scanning on industry trends, policy shifts, and new service models to inform strategic decisions
Translate insights into actionable plans, supporting the formulation and rollout of division-wide strategies, pilots, or service innovations
Support the Manager in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and proposals for new care models or centre expansion
Monitor strategic KPIs and recommend mid-course adjustments to ensure initiatives deliver measurable impact
2. Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement
Proactively identify, evaluate, and nurture strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, government agencies, and community organizations
Represent PCF Sparkle Care in working groups or inter-agency collaborations as delegated
Support MOUs, partnership frameworks, and funding applications to scale new programmes or pilots
Assist to build strong rapport with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of objectives and sustainable collaboration outcomes
3. Project Leadership & Performance Management
Take ownership of assigned strategic projects, overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and milestone achievement
Develop progress dashboards, impact reports, and presentation materials for senior management and external partners
Ensure effective risk management, process documentation, and post-project evaluations for learning and improvement
4. Knowledge Management & Systems Improvement
Champion the codification of best practices and learning from pilots and collaborations
Support the refinement of SOPs, knowledge repositories, and performance tracking systems that strengthen organizational readiness for scale
5. Other Responsibilities
Undertake ad-hoc assignments, taskforces, and special projects as required by the Manager or Deputy Director to advance divisional goals
Job Holder Requirements and Qualifications:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in Social Work, Gerontology, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in eldercare, healthcare, or community service sectors, with a demonstrated ability to manage projects and partnerships independently. Proven experience in developing and monitoring strategies, stakeholder engagement, or service innovation within the social or healthcare domain.
