The Role

  • Administers and processes routine Company benefits, including statutory benefits, and resolves related issues
  • Looks for opportunities to make benefits administration more effective and efficient and keeps updated on statutory benefits regulations
  • Assesses PGPC’s current policies, guidelines, and practices against market benchmark and best practices
  • Processes employee leaves through online application system, ensuring that configurations are according to policies and guidelines
  • Maintains accurate database of leaves and absences by making necessary adjustments to correct inconsistencies and attends to concerns related thereto
  • Facilitates documentation and monitoring of employee movements and organizational chart changes
  • Assists in learning and development activities, including documentation and updating of training database
  • Participates in special projects/teams as needed

Profile

The Individual

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Business-related course
  • With 2 years of experience in company benefits administration and familiar with Labor Code provisions
  • Highly skilled in HRIS or similar application/software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to be based in Makati with some travel to field sites
