Position Purpose & Impact:

We are on the hunt for a creative TikTok Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok trends and storytelling and likes to get in front of the camera. Our goal is to amplify Plastic Bank’s mission by reaching and engaging the audience passionate about doing good, sustainability and social impact. You’ll create dynamic, shareable videos that bring Plastic Bank’s mission to life and engage audiences worldwide.
You will work with AI, existing footage and also will be responsible for capturing new footage (which might include yourself) in our operating branches and communities in Bali.

Essential Responsibilities: Briefly state the primary functions and responsibilities of this position

Plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos that showcase our work and inspire viewers
Leverage trending sounds, challenges, and formats to create buzz-worthy content
Collaborate with teams to highlight impactful stories and initiatives
Stay up to date with TikTok trends and apply them to our mission
Monitor and analyze content performance to refine strategies

Success factors

The end goal is to grow our follower base in TikTok and engagements /content.

Minimum Candidate Requirements: List the core competencies & skills, qualifications/certificates and personal attributes needed to perform this job.

Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, audience behavior, and trends
Strong storytelling skills with a passion for visual content
Experience in video production and editing
A portfolio or examples of TikTok content produced
Passionate about sustainability and making a difference
Familiarity with TikTok analytics and tools
Desired: Proven track record of creating viral TikTok content
English fluency - content will be in English (copy and voice)
