This role is part program coordination, part process design, and part insider access to some of the most candid leadership conversations happening in the incubation space. You’ll help recruit and select participants for Cohort 4, support guides as they facilitate their sessions, track progress through our metrics systems, and document outcomes that showcase the program’s impact. But you’ll also play a key role in shaping how we scale—refining workflows, identifying what works (and what doesn’t), and helping establish the infrastructure that will support multiple guides running sessions simultaneously.
You’ll gain a rare, behind-the-scenes view of the real challenges incubator leaders are navigating—from fundraising and talent retention to program design and stakeholder management. You’ll walk away with a deep understanding of what it actually takes to run an incubator in emerging markets, plus hands-on experience in program delivery, monitoring and evaluation, and scaling high-touch initiatives.
This residency is ideal for someone who’s curious about the incubation ecosystem, enjoys building systems that help programs scale thoughtfully, and wants to be part of a pivotal moment in a program’s evolution. If you’re energized by the idea of supporting senior leaders while also shaping the infrastructure that makes that support possible, this is your opportunity.
