Description of the mission

Our team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome new members. Seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Event Coordinator interested in environmental issues, sustainability, plastics, and/or recycling.

Responsibilities

Plan and organize events to align with client needs and project objectives.
Assist in creating, designing, producing, and distributing PPB educational materials and social media content for events and clients.
Manage communications between PPB, partners, and the public.
Provide customer support and oversee sales and marketing activities.
Coordinate with PPB staff and ensure smooth event operations.

Type of appointment: Full-time (Mon-Fri 9.00-18.00 + occasional weekends)

Location: FREC Bangkok https://bit.ly/3fYsAOy, with occasional travel to different venues.

Profile

Qualifications

Experience in organizing/coordinating events (at any level).
Good interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Good management skills, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Have an interest in plastic pollution, recycling, and environmental sustainability.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Fluency in English and Thai (Thai nationality preferred).

Desirable skills and experience:

Experience or interest in business/marketing/sales/finance is a plus.
Interest in sustainability, recycling, and upcycling is a plus.
Knowledge of plastics/recycling processes is a plus.
