Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Volunteer Centre’s goals, strategies, and workplans to drive recruitment, engagement, and retention.
- Build partnerships with social service agencies, grassroots organizations, corporates, and government bodies to expand volunteer opportunities.
- Match and deploy volunteers according to their strengths, interests, and community needs.
- Oversee volunteer training, recognition, and development programmes.
- Manage operations, reporting, and compliance, ensuring high standards of safety and governance.
- Lead and mentor a small team, promoting innovation and best practices in volunteer management.
- Work with PCS’s Communications team to share volunteer stories and strengthen the Centre’s brand and visibility.
