Your main roles and responsibilities include:

Singapore International Water Week (SIWW)

Plan and execute content strategy with professional-facing content that is effective at prompting action

Create and produce content pieces (infographics, short-format videos, podcasts, etc) for SIWW’s various engagement channels, including website, social media platforms, EDMs, according to intent and direction

Staying up to date with major trends and trending topics in the global water industry, and leveraging these trends/ topics for content strategy

Responsible for analysing, evaluating, and reporting the effectiveness of content executions

Manage marketing campaigns and activities

Monitor and respond to comments and feedback on social networks

On-site event support such as social media marketing, media management, vendor management, etc

Other day-to-day administrative support, including website updates, production of marketing collateral, upkeeping of SIWW photo/ video library and external storage devices, etc

Handle brand communications and vendor management

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and communication

Working with vendors and agencies to create and/or localise communications and marketing activities and develop supporting assets

Profile

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, Business, or a related field/ discipline

Relevant working experience in content marketing, content creation and/ or event management will be required

Familiar with design, photo, and video editing software, and have experience with photography, videography, and media production

Possess good knowledge of leading social media platforms, including their algorithms, in particular LinkedIn

Familiarity with the water industry will be an advantage

Demonstrated ability to work independently and a good team player

Motivated and meticulous individual with good project management skills and able to work with tight deadlines

Excellent command of written and spoken English
