RegenX, a start-up in regenerative and carbon farming, is looking for an AI Engineer (full time, hybrid work arrangement) to fuel our business growth.
About RegenX:
We’re on a mission to reduce smallholder farmer input cost by replacing chemical fertilizers with the right regenerative practices, while at the same time being able to reduce carbon emissions at the farm gate.
Everything we do revolves around 3 pillars:
- Implementing regenerative programs on the ground along with farmers in key supply chains
- Track the relevant data from various sources to prove successful transition outcomes (higher farmer net profits, carbon reduction per ha, etc.)
- Enable our commercial partners leverage that data to build their own competitive advantage in the supply chain
The work arrangement is full time and hybrid: we sync up offline twice a week so that everyone brings their agenda for discussion so we can make informed, fast decisions.
Outside of these meetings, you are free to work remotely, choosing the arrangement that best suits your style and maximizes productivity.

- Full time
- 13 months salary, PVI insurance, BHXH based on full month salary, laptop (after probation) and AI tooling, unlimited leaves, hybrid work arrangement
