What You'll Do and What We're Looking For:

  • Drive Sales: Handle inbound calls, convert leads into happy customers, and consistently exceed sales targets. You'll have a deep understanding of the sales cycle (both long and short) and a passion for building relationships.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Provide accurate information regarding our services, address customer concerns promptly, and ensure a smooth delivery experience. You'll possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Be a Team Player: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and work independently within a supportive remote environment. You'll be highly organized, a tech whiz with a knack for learning new software quickly. Familiarity with the waste management industry is a plus, but not essential.

Hardware Requirements:

  • Own computer (minimum 8GB RAM, no more than 2 years old, with sufficient free disk space to run work applications).
  • Call centre style headset with microphone.
  • Dedicated fibre optic broadband line (not shared).
  • Home workstation with a quiet working environment.
  • Working webcam.
  • Ability to perform role play scenarios during the interview process.
