Rise Wise Foundation is dedicated to making Animal Assisted Intervention accessible to individuals of all ages and abilities. The organization designs and delivers structured learning programs that use the human–animal bond to support emotional wellbeing, social skills, and personal development. Services are tailored to meet diverse needs, including those of people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and other support requirements. Rise Wise Foundation collaborates with schools, and community partners to create safe, inclusive environments where participants can thrive.

Role Description

The Inclusive Operations & SEN Support Manager is an on-site, full-time role based in Hong Kong responsible for overseeing daily operation of inclusive training center and leaning activities across our animal-assisted learning programs. The manager coordinates schedules, resources, and communication between Special Educational Needs (SEN) part-time staff. You will act as an educator and operational coach—designing tailored job adaptations, inclusive operations, maintaining documentation and reports, and responding to inquiries to provide consistent and building a supportive environment where SEN part-time can gain meaningful skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily work as a pet sitter and pet groomer.

Profile

SEN & Inclusive Training: Demonstrated background supporting neurodivergent individuals in educational, therapeutic, or social enterprise settings, with experience coaching teams in inclusive and SEN-sensitive practices.
Animal & Dog Handling: Hands-on experience with dog handling, animal welfare, and risk management in program or therapeutic settings.
Operations & Analysis: Strong operational skills in organizing activities, allocating resources, and using data/feedback to continuously improve program delivery.
Communication & Service: Outstanding interpersonal skills (Cantonese & English) to engage respectfully with SEN staff, families, and partners while delivering welcoming, person-centered service.
Education & Governance: Degree or diploma in Social Work, Education, Psychology, Special Needs, or related fields; knowledge of safeguarding and workplace risk management preferred.
Location: Based in Hong Kong, fully available for on-site collaboration in a dynamic team environment.
