POSITION SUMMARY: DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to strengthen SWWS's digital presence and communication outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve organisational goals.
Analyse campaign data and provide evidence-based recommendations to optimise results.
Create engaging content and write compelling copy for diverse digital platforms.
Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain and update the SWWS website and internal information systems.

➔ Profile

Qualifications & Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing and campaign management with measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC campaign management.
Proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
Experience in managing and creating campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management platforms.
Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Sarawak. Added advantage if able to communicate in Chinese dialects.
