Description of the mission

Key Responsibilities

General Operations Management

  • Review financial statements and performance reports to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement
  • Direct and coordinate activities across departments related to operations, programs, and service delivery
  • Prepare staff work schedules and assign duties
  • Direct financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency
  • Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures in collaboration with the Board and senior leadership
  • Resolve conflicts and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop long-range objectives and strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Oversee compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards

Human Resources (HR)

  • Perform personnel functions including recruitment, selection, training, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor vendors and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

Facility Management

  • Supervise and manage building staff at FCC, including cleaning staff and general facility personnel
  • Coordinate and monitor building maintenance to ensure efficiency and cleanliness

Community Space Management

  • Oversee and manage the library and shared spaces open to the community
  • Always maintain order and readiness of all community spaces
  • Manage the space booking system in a transparent and organized manner

Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (preferred)
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or management within a condominium or housing estate juristic entity.
  • Fluent in Thai; intermediate to strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
