You will become a member of our team that promotes sustainability to our clients by suggesting numerous creative methods and implementations to reduce their properties' carbon footprint.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the energy and sustainability sector.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base and to grow our sustainability services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy and sustainability objectives.
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing our expertise in energy management and sustainability solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, from initial client engagement to project completion.
  • Green Mark Certification: Utilize knowledge of the Green Mark Certification process to guide clients through the certification journey, ensuring compliance with standards and achieving desired ratings.
  • HVAC Retrofit Solutions: Leverage expertise in HVAC retrofit to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and recommend appropriate retrofit solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the energy and sustainability sector.
  • Networking: Represent ESM in client meetings, industry events, sustainability platforms, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and establish industry connections.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
  • Presentation: Prepare and deliver creative and innovative presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Jobs will be assigned on a rotating schedule.

Profile

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g.Engineering, Sustainability, Energy, Environmental Science).
  • Familiarity with Green Mark, WELL, and LEED certification frameworks is an advantage.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sustainability consulting, green building projects, or a related role.
  • Knowledge of ACMV systems is preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Creative in visual and verbal presentations, with a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Agile and adaptable, with a strong problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a high sense of accountability.
  • Passionate advocate for energy efficiency and sustainability, with a desire to make a meaningful impact.
