YOUR ROLE:
You will be creating and fostering relationships, in order to enhance *SCAPE’s overall customer experience, foster brand and customer loyalty, attract both Singapore youths and the general public, to support *SCAPE’s mission to be a vibrant space for youths, made possible by youths and with youths.
YOU WILL:
- Support department in the development and implementation of stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with *SCAPE’s goals and objectives.
- Support the development of regular communication cadence to stimulate engagement and interaction within the community.
- Organise regular meetings and events to facilitate dialogue and collaboration, in order to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage event-related matters with partners to ensure that all activities at *SCAPE align with its mission to be a vibrant space for youths.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and integration of stakeholder and community management activities.
- Prepare and maintain metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of stakeholder and community engagement efforts. This includes regular updates to management team and relevant stakeholders.
