➔ Description of the mission

Scholars of Sustenance (SOS) Indonesia is a food rescue foundation dedicated to reducing food waste and fighting hunger. We collect surplus yet edible food from hotels, restaurants, and food suppliers, and redistribute it to communities in need.

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Food Hunter (Partnership Officer) to join our Bali team. This role is key to expanding and strengthening partnerships with food donors, corporations, and institutions that share our mission for sustainability and community impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and approach potential food and corporate partners that align with SOS’s partnership and sustainability strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing donors and partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and engagement.
  • Develop proposals and partnership presentations, and support the negotiation and agreement process with donors.
  • Coordinate closely with the Operations and Program Teams to ensure timely food rescue, distribution, and delivery of impact reports to donors.
  • Support donor engagement activities such as CSR events, community programs, and partnership campaigns.
  • Track partnership performance, update donor databases, and prepare internal reports on donor pipelines and outcomes.
  • Represent SOS at meetings, events, and networking activities to promote the organization’s mission and programs.

➔ Profile

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Relations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or sustainability. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Organized, target-driven, and able to manage multiple partnerships.
  • Passionate about sustainability, food waste reduction, and social impact.
