Secai Marche is looking for a passionate and proactive Customer Success Executive to join our growing team!
In this role, you’ll be the key bridge between our customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience for our clients — from onboarding to long-term support. You’ll work closely with F&B businesses, and internal partners to help create a more sustainable and efficient farm-to-table ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
-Ensure smooth onboarding for new clients
-Handle customer order processing & any inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, tech) to enhance the customer experience for higher LTV
-Analyze feedback and help improve our services
Who You Are:
-Excellent communicator with strong problem-solving skills
-Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Fluent in English
-Experience in customer service, account management, or F&B/Supply chain is a bonus
