You will join a team working on projects in renewable energy, energy efficiency, electric vehicles, clean energy skills, just energy transition, and other emerging topics. We collaborate with diverse stakeholders: government agencies, international donors, private companies, financial institutions, NGOs, academic institutions, and grassroots communities.

You will have opportunities to evolve, engage in various projects, and take on responsibilities aligned with your expertise and interests, including:

Project Implementation and Management:

  • Program Development and Management: Develop, implement, and manage large-scale energy programs. Use your technical background to strategically oversee project workplans, staff allocation, stakeholder coordination, quality assurance, reporting, budgeting, and meetings.

Team Management:

  • Directly manage energy efficiency engineers/consultants: Provide daily and weekly supervision: onboarding, project allocation, career development, and promoting team well-being.
  • Collaborate with our recruitment team in hiring your team members.

Business Development:

  • Act as Sevea’s expert on energy efficiency, and add to our expertise on renewable energy, providing internal and external advice and advocacy, and strengthening Sevea’s reputation in the sectors
  • Lead prospecting and commercial development for energy services (energy audits, renewable energy (pre)feasibility studies, training, etc.).
  • Oversee and contribute to developing commercial proposals across Sevea’s project portfolio
  • Manage client relationships: identify needs, create opportunities, and position Sevea’s expertise.

Internal Development:

  • Lead or participate in internal working groups focused on areas such as sectoral committees, business development, knowledge management, digital transformation, HR, and marketing.
  • Assume other internal responsibilities as needed.
