Description of the mission

We are looking for experts

SEVEA is currently looking for a National Key Expert - Social Inclusion Specialist for a shortlisted consulting assignment in Cambodia on the institutional organization of water operators.

This role calls for a Cambodian expert with strong experience in:

social inclusion, community development, or GEDSI-related work
identifying barriers to water access for vulnerable populations
designing inclusion and awareness programs
working with local communities in Cambodia, ideally in the water sector

Profile

Minimum profile sought:

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in social sciences, community development, development studies, sociology, anthropology, gender studies, or related field
At least 7 years of professional experience
Proven experience in inclusion-related program design and implementation
Good understanding of Cambodian policy and regulatory frameworks linked to social inclusion
